Guide
The three surfaces

The Inbox

One place for everything that needs a human, across every Space.

The Inbox is where the work that needs you waits. It gathers what's blocked on you from every Space you belong to, so you never go hunting for what's stuck.

What lands here

Three things show up: approvals waiting on your sign-off, questions an agent couldn't answer alone, and results it flagged for you to see.

APPROVALS

Sign-off

A risky action an agent paused on, held until you say yes or no.

QUESTIONS

The ask

An ambiguous instruction or a missing fact. The agent checks instead of guessing.

RESULTS

Review

Finished work an agent surfaced for a human to look over before it goes further.

Every item carries its own context — what's waiting, from which agent, in which Space, and why. You don't rebuild the situation; it arrives with the request.

A surface of its own

The Inbox is its own surface, separate from any single Space. That's the point. Your agents run across many Spaces at once, and the things that need you scatter across all of them. The Inbox pulls them into one cross-Space view, so your attention has a single home.

Act, and the work resumes

Every item resolves in place. Approve it, answer it, or reject it — and the agent picks up immediately, folding your decision into its work.

Why it keeps you in charge

This is how Moonage keeps humans in charge without making them the bottleneck. Agents run around the clock, watching for work; you engage on your own schedule, in one place, only where your judgment is actually needed. The Inbox is where the Trust Ladder meets your day: the lower an agent's rung, the more it routes through here; the more it earns, the less it has to ask.

  • The Inbox is one cross-Space view of everything that needs a human: approvals, questions, and flagged results.
  • Every item carries its context — which agent, which Space, and why — so you act without digging.
  • Resolve an item and the agent resumes at once; an empty Inbox means nothing is blocked on you.
